(a) Constitution of the Organization with appropriate details
(b) Constitution of the Board of Management or Governing Body or and particulars of
each member (in case of NGOs/VOs)
(c) Copy of the latest available Annual Report or similar documents
(d) A detailed project report including
i. Description of the project for which assistance is requested alongwith its duration
and qualifications and experience of the staff to be employed for the project;
ii. Item-wise details of recurring and non-recurring expenditure separately, and
iii. the source(s) from which counterpart funds will be obtained
(e) A statement of income and expenditure of the applicant organization for the previous
three years and a copy of the balance sheet for previous year certified by a Chartered
Accountant or a Government Auditor
(f) An Indemnity Bond in the prescribed proforma on a stamp paper of appropriate
denomination
(g) Details of the bank account in the prescribed proforma to enable electronic transfer
of sanctioned funds (Mandatorily Required, Zero Balance Subsidiary Account (ZBSA) in any
branch of Canara Bank)
(h) A statement of income and expenditure of the applicant organization for the previous three years and a copy of the balance sheet for the previous year certified by a Chartered Accountant or a Government Auditor.

SCHEME FOR PROMOTION OF INFORMATION, EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION (IEC) IEC IN AYUSH

The Scheme has the following components:
- Organization of Arogya Fairs both at the National and State Level;
- Organization of Ayurveda Parv and Yoga Fest/ Utsav etc.
- Participation in Health Fairs/ Melas/ Exhibitions organized by Government Departments, State Governments and other reputed AYUSH Organizations;
- Preparation and distribution of authentic Publicity material on AYUSH Systems including New-Media, internet, Multi-media, print media and digital media campaigns, and setting up platforms for the same.
- Activities and programmes undertaken by the Ministry, its autonomous bodies and AYUSH Directorates/ AYUSH Societies of States and UTs to achieve the objectives listed at 2.1 above. This would include activities taken up in connection with the observation of designated “Days” of the different AYUSH systems, like the International Day of Yoga, Ayurveda Day, the flagship event namely World AYUSH Festival for conducting annually for general public and global stakeholders in the field of AYUSH sector, and other similar activities.
- Providing financial assistance to reputed organizations, AYUSH specific NGOs, educational/ research institutes for organizing Seminars, Webinars, Conferences, Symposiums, Workshop, meeting, etc. on AYUSH Systems.
- Providing incentives to AYUSH Industry to participate in National and State Arogya Fairs/ Melas organized by Central/ State Governments/ Government organizations/ reputed organizations like Chemexil, Pharmexcil, CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, ITPO etc. at State/ National level.
- Conducting webinars virtual, exhibitions and other digital events on Ayush related topics, and participating in the same.
- Media campaign through social media and other New-Media.
