Govt. Employee NGO me rah sakta hai?
इस विषय में कई प्रकार की लोगों में गलतफहमीयाँ हैं , लेकिन किसी को भी सामाजिक कार्य करने के लिए किसी भी तरह से रोका नहीं जा सकता है चाहे वो सरकारी कर्मचारी हो या व्यवसायी हो या अन्य किसी प्रकार के पद हो, क्योंकि समाज की सेवा करना सभी का धर्म है चाहे स्वयम सेवी के रूप में कीजिये या किसी भी प्रकार की सामाजिक संस्था को संचालित करके या किसी सामाजिक संस्था में किसी पद पर रह कर ।
लेकिन सरकारी कर्मचारि को कुछ आवश्यक पहलुओं पर अवश्य गंभीर रहना होता है जैसे वो सामाजिक कार्य में तभी उपस्थित रह सकता है जिस वक्त वो अधिकृत रूप से अपने सरकारी कार्य से मुक्त हो अर्थात अपने कार्यवाधि के बाद ही सामाजिक कार्य करें जिस वक्त भी वो मुक्त हो, किसी भी प्रकार का आर्थिक लाभ नहीं ले सकता है चाहे वो आंशिक या पूर्णकालिक कर्मचारी हो ।
लेकिन ये भी सत्य है की जरूरत पड़ने पर उनको अपने विभाग से अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र लेना पद सकता है, इसीलिये किसी भी सरकारी कर्मचारी को किसी भी सामाजिक संस्था में बहुत जिम्मेदारी वाला पद या महत्वपूर्ण पदों पर नहीं रहना चाहिएँ ।
